Accept Every Offer – In Person Training

Featuring: Peter Leidy

2238 South Park Street, Madison, WI 53713
@ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
UW South Madison Partnership

Overview:

This training seminar explores how to improve workplace communication, make more out of meetings, and boost morale.

One of the rules of improv theater is to accept every offer – to switch from “yes, but” to “yes, AND”. On stage, blocking your partner is not allowed, because it stops the story in its tracks and makes your partner look bad. In our workplaces, blocking is common. It doesn’t have to be.

In this workshop, you will NOT be on stage, but rather discovering how we can generate more creative ideas in less time; re-thinking how meetings are structured; deepening listening skills; and increasing the engagement of stakeholders.
